Book Review 92: Our Love Story by Rohit Sharma.



An emotional tale that is sensitive, romantic and motivating - Rohit Sharma's fourth fiction book Our Love Story is a beautiful book.

The story begins with Veronica, on her thirty-fifth birthday when two kids come and ask her to narrate her love story. What follows is a tale of love and heartbreak, friendship and hatred, smiles and tears. Veronica was extremely upset, going through an extremely rough situation and had decided to end her life. But she was stopped by a man. Aditya. The son of a business tycoon who lives each day like it's his last. They fall for each other and things finally seem to be in place. But there is a painful secret which Aditya has been hiding from Veronica.
Will Veronica get to know about the secret? Why did Aditya hide it from Veronica?

The plot is quite gripping and very well narrated. All the characters are very well developed. The story proceeds at a fast pace.  It is a sweet and romantic tale which is perfect for a Bollywood movie. There are quite a few twists and turns, but the ending was very predictable.

Our Love Story by Rohit Sharma is a beautifully written romantic tale. It is a light read. Recommending this book to all the fans of the Romance genre.


About the author: Rohit Sharma is a writer, motivational speaker, and bestselling author. His debut romantic-thriller, Te Amo. I Love You, was released in December 2012, and was an instant hit. It has also been translated in Hindi by him. His second book, 12 Hours—an anthology of twelve engrossing short stories which he co-authored with Mahi Singla—was released in September 2013, and was widely appreciated by the media and the readers of all ages. After working on two completely different genres, he once again picked up the challenging genre of a dark, suspense thriller, with a flavour of romance and patriotism, and released his third book, Love of My Life, in 2018, which garnered praise from readers and reviewers.
